**Core Responsibilities**
- Drive operations excellence ensuring Distribution performance measures are on-track.
- Partner with Procurement team to ensure supplier service meets business requirements and find opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Provides governance and regular feedback towards our appointed 3PL.
- Collaborate closely with other functions (e.g. Customer Logistics, Supply & Inventory Planning, Supply Chain development) including Finance to meet service, cost, and inventory objectives for the region.
- Manage stakeholders in the BU ensuring that distribution fulfills business requirements and that day to day operations enable sales and service to customers.

**Play your part in our team succeeding**
- The role is part of APAC & China Distribution team which is responsible for bringing products from manufacturing sites to the hands of shoppers and children.
- The Distribution manager role is critical to enable the physical flow of goods from regional DC to our local DC’s and eventually, to our customers (and consumers) ensuring that LEGO products are timely, in full (vs sales order), and received in good quality.
- This role will report to the Senior Manager, APAC Distribution.

**Do you have what it takes?**
- Solid experience in APAC Logistics & Distribution in FMCG industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge in distribution operations and managing 3PLs.
- Proven track record of delivering results through teamwork and collaboration, with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated experience in managing senior level stakeholders, working in a diverse and multi-functional working environment.
- Team oriented, possesses good interpersonal and communication skills and able to manage assigned responsibilities independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills, experienced in mining insights from various data sources, and strong presentation skills.
