If you are keen to establish in-depth relationships with our key partners, our Distribution Manager position could be what you are looking for From ensuring that our partners possess the highest level of technical and commercial knowledge, to supporting them in gaining respectable margins whilst maintaining the integrity of the Channel, you will always be in for a challenge

Reporting to Head of Distribution of ASEAN & Korea

**You will be responsible for**:

- Manage and execute the plan and distribution strategies to achieve business objectives
- Work with distributors to invest in increasing partner coverage, expanding partner capacity and increasing partner capability through Partner Recruitment, on-boarding, sales enablement and activation
- Own the action for effective utilization of Distribution Co-op investment for the business
- Drive Demand Generation and partner loyalty programs through distribution
- Co-ordinate sales and technical workshops for new CP solutions
- Regular review of distributors performance and activities to deepen joint execution
- Overall Ownership of partners, including revenue and pipeline management
- Manage distributor stock levels, delivery times and control the order cycle
- Assist in inventory management activities including receiving, storing, rotating and handling supplies
- Maintain Distributor Operational Hygiene
- Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction

**Your Knowledge & Skills**:
**What you bring to the table**:

- Enthusiastic and Driven
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Channels / Distribution of product offerings to the market
- Proficient in English
- Be able to work in a fast paced, volume business environment
- Meticulous and focused execution capability
- Team Player with excellent relationship building skills
- Travel is required
