**Job Description**:
The Challenges
The Digital User Experience (UX) Designer will support the Digital and Smart Health Office and the Hospital’s Business Transformation efforts by enhancing the end-users’ interaction of the Hospital’s digital platforms and products. He/she would work closely with the respective platform and/or project stakeholders to understand users through research and experimentation, define the users’ journey, and continually iterate to improve experiences that would effectively represent the team’s goals and intentions, which should be aligned with the Central Health Digital Strategy.

**Your main responsibilities include**:
To collaborate with the project owners and cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements, insights, and create user flows. To use the user flows and work with digital user interface designers to creatively design, test and implement digital solutions;
Able to lead user experience discovery workshop to map out user requirements, workflows and translate into digital user experience requirements;
To communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with storyboards, user task flows and mock-up screens or high-fidelity prototypes;
To conduct concept and usability testing and gather user feedback;
To integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates;
To advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements and improvements;
To collaborate with the rest of the Digital and Smart Health Office to ensure that TTSH’s digital transformation efforts are harmonized from a UX perspective, in terms of user experience, interaction and navigation.
The Requirements
Degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in creating and implementing UX design.
Able to appreciate the complexity of healthcare user/patient experience. Any experience in healthcare is preferred.
Mobile and Web Portfolio that demonstrates skills in interaction design should be submitted.
Experience in designing across multiple platforms (including but not limited to mobile, web, or hardware)
Proficiency in design softwares such as from the Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Invision, etc. Knowledge and experience with coding using HTML, CSS or comparable languages is a plus.
Skills in communicating and influencing product design strategy
Good problem-solving aptitude and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as designs are applied to platforms
Ability to work on multiple projects at a time while maintaining high attention to details.
Can work independently and as a team player.
