Being in the driver seat of the Hospital’s Digital Transformation efforts, the Hospital Without Walls Team devises enabling digital processes and initiatives, and manages the various Strategic Innovation Programmes (SIP) and Digital Innovation Technologies (DIT) workgroups. Key Roles of Digital & Smart Health Office, Hospital Without Walls Team Drive TTSH’s Hospital Without Walls digital transformation strategy through the management of digital innovation programmes and develop acceleration initiatives Support project owners hospital wide to enable innovators to start and succeed in digitization efforts efficiently and efficiently. Support management in overseeing digital innovation efforts and to collate lessons learnt and build corporate knowledge As Assistant Manager, Digital Incubation, your main duties and responsibilities include: Partner multi project requestors to develop digital innovation proposals and facilitate their approval and implementation. Provide account management and project/technical expertise to digital innovation technologies (DIT) workgroups. Manage the overall administration and governance of the Digital Prototyping Budget. Create Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) for the utilization, tracking and review of the projects using the DPB. Identify suitable innovation projects to be raised to the relevant technology leads for future scale up. Initiate improvements and enablers that encourage take-up and push-through rates of digital incubation projects. Secretariat support to the hospital’s Digital Transformation Council - Support in administrative functions of the Hospital Without Walls team and Digital & Smart Health Office. Skills and Experience You’ll Bring Minimally 6 years of project management and/or digital projects experience. Experience in business improvement and transformation of public healthcare sector through the use of technology like Artificial Intelligence & Data Analytics, Medical Tech, Operational Tech, Robotics, Telehealth or development of new Digital Services (eg. Web & Mobile Apps, Chatbots, Robotic Process Automation) would be an advantage. Experience in facilitating projects to support project owners from scoping to implementation. Experience in management of central budget and reporting of outcomes. Good management skills and ability to multi-task, with the ability to work well independently and as a team player. Good interpersonal and communication (facilitation, presentation, written, and listening) skills, with the ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders. Experience in healthcare administration or healthcare IT would be an advantage. **Qualifications**: Degree with suitable knowledge of business systems, information systems and digital transformation.
