- **Responsibilities**_
- Contribute to overall digital growth and content marketing strategy to communicate Company’s profile to the target audience and to support the Company outreach and expansion
- Create impactful content and visually striking digital assets for various social media channels—Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, produce, and edit engaging social media posts, captions, hashtags, and ad campaigns.
- Extend support in other areas of Social Media Marketing, Google SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media Ads.
- Experiment with new content types and distribution channels to expand the company’s digital reach
- Stay abreast of social media trends and emerging platforms, conducting market analysis and research to inform content creation and optimization strategies
- Analyze campaign effectiveness and provide regular reports to suggest improvements and maximize ROI
- Contribute to ad-hoc duties during workshops and other marketing activities as needed.
- **Requirements**_
- Experience in social media, design or marketing.
- Excellent planning, storytelling, visualising, shooting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and social media trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for storytelling and creating compelling content.
- An effective team player with excellent communication skills while able to work independently.
- Resourceful and problem-solver
- Photo and Video editing skills are a bonus
- Familiar with Canva and Capcut
- Produce quality work by the deadline given
