**Job Title**: Marketing Executive
**Reporting To**: Head of Marketing & Sales (Group CEO)
**Location**: Novena
**Type**: Full-Time (5-day work week)

**Your Mission**

Drive **brand awareness, lead generation, and community engagement** through integrated, data-driven campaigns. From brainstorming to execution, you’ll ensure every initiative aligns with our sales funnel and resonates across **digital platforms, CRM, and organic communities**.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Multi-Channel Campaign Execution**
- Launch and optimize ads across **Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube**.
- Maintain **brand consistency** in messaging and visuals.
- Collaborate with content/design teams to deliver **high-impact creatives**.

**2. Data-Driven Optimization**
- Analyze **CPL, CPA, ROAS, and sign-up rates** to refine campaigns.
- Use insights to improve **targeting, messaging, and audience segmentation**.

**3. Lead Nurturing & CRM**
- Develop **reactivation sequences** and remarketing strategies.
- Partner with sales teams to **align CRM follow-ups**.
- Warm cold leads with **drip campaigns and value-driven content**.

**4. Organic Community Growth**
- Grow engagement on **TikTok, Instagram, and Telegram** through trends, polls, and UGC.
- Build trust via **testimonials, behind-the-scenes content, and real-time interactions**.

**5. Video & Content Strategy**
- Ideate **student/parent-centric content angles**.
- Brief editors on **short-form videos and ad creatives**.
- Stay ahead of **youth trends and education pain points**.

**6. On-Demand Collateral Creation**
- Produce marketing materials that **align with brand guidelines**.

**Who We’re Looking For**

**Skills & Experience**
- **1-2 years** in digital marketing (Meta/Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
- **Copywriting prowess** for parents _and_ teens.
- **Analytical mindset** to turn data into decisions.
- **Bonus**: CRM tools, basic design/video editing.
