**Work Hours**
- 5½ Days Work Week
- Each Work Day: 10am to 8pm
- Location: Novena

**This role is ideal for for a team player who is**:
1. Passionate about all things digital marketing and have a confident understanding of digital market practises including but not limited to SEM, SEO, web design, eCommerce, social media platforms.

2. Able to **Have fun at work** while you assist us with our day-to-day running of our centre.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Creating and scheduling social media post.
- Compiling stats on social media posts and reporting them back to key stakeholders.
- Helping to draft copy and source content to create social media posts across 小红书, WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc..
- Develop promotional plans for online marketing activities
- Responsible for arranging, coordinating, and implementing tasks related to copy editing, content layout, script writing, content publishing, video production, and other related work.
- Able to identify selling points, advantages, analyze target audiences, plan activities, and be responsible for drafting marketing plans and proposals.
- Develop regular activities, holiday promotions, and other promotional plans.
- Responsible for collecting and integrating into our works with reference to industry popular news, information, and popular articles.
- Possess a unique aesthetic perspective, fresh and unique writing style, storytelling ability, agile thinking, strong expression skills, and proficiency in both Chinese and English.
- Must have patience and a sense of responsibility, willing to follow leadership arrangements, and cooperate with the center's operational development.
- Assist us with our day-to-day running of our centre at Novena.
