**What is the Opportunity?**

A new opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic and well-presented individual to take on the role of Rental Officer and join our Singapore Operations Team.

**Key duties and responsibilities**:

- 5 days per week with rotating shift on weekend
- Ensure install & termination request are completed timely
- Perform daily delivery, installation, collection and collection of medical mattress to and from Hospital
- Required to work together as part of the cohesive team of other rental officer and hospital staff
- Work closely with Team leader on job status and duty roaster
- Good understanding of the pump and mattress function and troubleshooting

**What you will need**:

- GCE N level, ITE or equivalence
- Able to work independently and have good decision making ability.
- Good time management skills to ensure deliver of product & services are provided across the required territory
- Ability to operate in a team-based environment
- Results driven and troubleshooting abilities
- Have confidence, communicate effectively
- Basic computer skills
- Flexibility to work around care giver and patient
- Good Command of English language
- Owns Class 3 driving licence will be preferred
