**What is the Opportunity?**

A fantastic opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic and experienced **_Service Technician_** to join our passionate, highly driven and successful Rentals Team based in our Singapore office.

Reporting to the In House Service Engineer, the Service Technician will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.

**Your role will involve**:

- Carry out service, repair, maintenance, repairs and PM (preventative maintenance) of Arjo range of products
- Maintain the safety and integrity of all serviced products in accordance with Company Policy;
- Troubleshot and provide solution for faulty equipment
- Data entry for repaired equipment for traceability and spare part planning
- Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes

**To be successful in this position, you will possess**:

- Mechanical and/or Electronics background from ITE or above
- Fresh or Experience individual are all welcome, training will be provided
- Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills and ability;
- Demonstrated ability to operate small hand tools, soldering, power tools and test/inspection equipment;
- Service experience preferably within the Healthcare or service related sector;
- The ability to understand the customer’s needs and provide appropriate solutions;
- Strong time management skills with an ability to meet company performance targets;
- Have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, be well presented, confident and sensitivity interacting with staff and clients;
- Computer literacy;
- The ability to work without direct supervision yet within a team environment;
- Good Command of English language
