**Roles & Responsibilities**

We will need to recruit a sales consultant for our maid agency in Singapore.

Job responsibility:

- Handle online platform and client's enquiries, match the suitable domestic helper to the client's needs;
- Upload the biodata profiles to the company website or online platform;
- Prepare documentation for work permit processing.
- Scheduling work and coordinating work
- Contract preparation and signing
- Receive calls and resolve feedback from clients.
- Orientation and counselling when clients needs;
- Filing and office paper works;
- Other job assigned.

**Requirements**:
1. Must obtain a CEI cert within a month or already have one;

2. Accept to work on Mon to Sat, and answer client's call for emergency issues;

3. Negotiation and convincing skills;

4. Must be able to handle stress;

5. This is not a must requirement: Prefer someone with Malay or Bahasah speaking (our applicants are mainly from indonesia, some of them unable to communicate in English)

6. Prefer someone with experience in related industy or sales experience before.
