**Our esteemed Retail professional in our COURTS Retail Stores daily task is as follows**:

- Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store
- Assessing customers’ needs and suggesting solutions to their problems
- Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
- Giving customers advice about sales and promotions
- Using Consulting sell techniques to increase store sales
- Promote brand loyalty programs, Flexi-Plan and services
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Working with cash registers and processing payments
- Housekeeping and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing
