**Responsibilities**:
- Reception of guests by greeting, welcoming, assisting, and hosting them appropriately. Including the arrangement of refreshments where appropriate.
- Coordinate and manage the booking of the meeting rooms.
- Oversee office, meeting rooms, pantry, storeroom housekeeping, maintenance, and cleanliness. Including the replenishment of all the necessary materials.
- Handle all telephone inquiries promptly and professionally by ensuring the messages are passed on to the staff members on a timely basis.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and parcel processes (local and overseas couriers). Including the recording of the expenses chargeable to the clients.
- Manage office administration including but not limited to procurement of office and pantry supplies, etc.
- Collect letters and distribute to the respective staff
- Provide support and/or coordination for company events and projects.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior/management.
**Job Requirement**
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Resourceful and proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Strong team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Maintains a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Detail-oriented, self-driven, highly motivated individual with a positive attitude.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good at using Microsof Office
