**COMPANY DESCRIPTION**

Since October 2011, **Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities ( **THK **MC) **was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large.

**THK **MC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for the **elderly and the sick **, **families **, **persons with disabilities **, and **children. **We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. We have more than 90 programmes and services, reaching out to more than 55,000 people in the community.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

We are looking for a meticulous and self-starting team player who has a flair in **branding **, **public relations **and **marketing communications **. To be successful in the role, you will need to possess **strong marketing and branding acumen **, **excellent communications and interpersonal skills **(oral and written), and have the ability to **plan and prioritise effectively **that can help the organisation **communicate intended messages **and **build advocates **. In addition, you must demonstrate the willingness to hone your understanding of the social service sector to create communications that will resonate with our stakeholders and audience.

You will report to the Senior Manager for Corporate Communications in implementing and executing the organisation’s brand initiatives, marketing and communications strategies, which includes the following job responsibilities, but not limited to:

- Develop and strengthen internal and external communications and public relations
- Development and production of corporate publications (including Annual Report) and collaterals
- Initiate advocacy and marketing outreach strategies
- Brand development and project management
- Event management including community, corporate and fundraising events for internal and external stakeholders

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in marketing, communications, digital media, journalism or a related discipline
- 2 to 5 years of corporate communications and/or marketing experience
- A meticulous, highly motivated and resourceful team player with a positive attitude and attention to details
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably a second language (in order to handle queries and to write copies in a second language)
- Proficient in storytelling, photography, videography and video editing
- Active on social media platforms and updated in on-going trends
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Final Cut Pro is an added advantage
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
