Position Overview:
As the Regional Director for Asia, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward in one of the most dynamic and diverse markets for luxury yachting. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance our presence in the region, managing key client relationships, and ensuring compliance with local market regulations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive regional business plan to achieve ambitious sales and market share goals. Oversee all aspects of regional operations, including sales, marketing, customer service, and dealer network development.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Asian yachting industry, including high-net-worth individuals, yacht brokers, and marinas.
- Possess a deep understanding of local market dynamics, regulations, and cultural nuances.
- Develop and lead a high-performing regional team, providing coaching and mentorship.
- Represent absolute yacht at industry events and trade shows.
- Travel extensively throughout the region.
