Our client is a fast-growing fintech company specializing in innovative digital financial solutions including eWallet, digital banking, and payment platforms. They are looking for a dynamic and technically skilled Presales Manager to support their growth across key markets. As the **Presales Manager - eWallet & Digital Banking**, you will act as the key technical liaison between sales, product, and the client. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, designing solutions, and presenting tailored demos that showcase the company’s digital banking and eWallet capabilities. This role plays a critical part in the deal cycle, ensuring that proposed solutions meet both client needs and internal technical feasibility.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and translate them into tailored digital banking or eWallet solutions.
- Design and present customized product demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions to showcase platform capabilities.
- Support RFI/RFP processes with high-quality technical documentation, solution architecture, and responses.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are viable, scalable, and align with the company’s technical roadmap.
- Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, guiding them on digital transformation strategies within the eWallet and digital banking space.
- Conduct discovery workshops and technical deep-dives to assess client needs and recommend best-fit solutions.
- Attend client meetings (virtually or on-site) to support sales pitches with technical expertise and product insight.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Compliance, and Delivery to ensure alignment on client needs and internal capabilities.
- Contribute to presales playbooks, case studies, and product marketing materials.
- Provide training and enablement to internal teams on product features and solution selling strategies.
- Stay informed on fintech trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes related to digital banking and eWallets.Provide feedback to product teams to enhance the platform based on market demand and client feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in a presales, solution consulting, or technical sales role, preferably in fintech, banking, or digital payments.
- Deep understanding of digital banking platforms, eWallet solutions, API integrations, and mobile-first technology.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience delivering live product demos.
- Experience with RFPs, solution architecture, and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.), cybersecurity standards, and fintech compliance is a plus.Willingness to travel when required.
