Job Overview As Presales Engineer / Manager (CCTV), you will provide technical expertise and support the VIGI CCTV product sales and solutions. You will collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, develop tailored solutions, and deliver compelling presentations. Responsibilities Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise, guidance, and support during the presales process for CCTV solutions. Develop customized CCTV system designs, detailed technical proposals, including system specifications, pricing, and implementation plans. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers, showcasing the features and capabilities of VIGI CCTV solutions. Propose tailored CCTV solutions to customers during the presales process, addressing technical questions and ensuring their solution needs are met. Stay up to date with the latest CCTV technology trends, industry developments, competitive products, and emerging technologies to enhance solution offerings. Provide training and support to the sales team on the technical aspects of CCTV products and solutions, as well as post‑sales activities such as troubleshooting and after‑sales support. Work closely with other departments, including product development and marketing, to ensure alignment on product features and messaging. Requirements Min. 2 years of experience in presales engineering or technical sales, preferably within the CCTV or security technology industry. Strong understanding of CCTV systems, technologies, and market trends. Excellent technical knowledge and proven ability to develop technical solutions and proposals, with strong problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in design software and tools related to CCTV system planning. Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to CCTV systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate Mandarin effectively, as the incumbent needs to liaise with Chinese‑speaking stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
