Supervisory / Team Lead

Job Scope:
- Oversee the day to day operations of the Customised Card Department
- Production schedule planning and resource management
- Monitor and ensure card printing and delivery are according to schedule
- Conduct check to ensure cards printed meet quality control requirements
- Ensure proper uploading and verification of databases/spreadsheets for printing
- Prepare regular reporting
- Perform end-to-end reviews and streamline operation processes
- Identify opportunities for operation efficiency and control improvements
- Any other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Possess a Diploma
- Possess at least 1 year of Operations / Admin experience in Supervisory capacity
- Prior experience from Retail / F&B industry is advantageous
- Prior Stakeholder / Vendor Management experience will be highly valued
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
