**Job Summary**

This role supports the Sales & Marketing department in developing and implementing sales & marketing strategies and activities to achieve CDL Sales and Marketing’s KPIs.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop, formulate and implement sales & marketing strategies on residential properties to achieve Sales and Marketing Department's KPIs
- Ensure established sales targets are met and efficient budget planning and expenditure.
- Manage and execute all Marketing events and programmes
- Maintain CDL's market share position in Singapore.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Real Estate, Business Studies, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in marketing residential properties, preferably with developers
- Experience in marketing residential properties overseas, particularly in China, Indonesia and Malaysia, is an added advantage.
- Track record in implementing innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- Independent, self-motivated and achievement-driven
- Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales administration and compliant management

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
