**Job Description**:
The Senior Executive/Assistant Manager/Manager is the admin lead for the Centre's curriculum and student matters. The incumbent is expected to work closely with the Centre's academic staff and students, as well as other units from NUS. In addition to curriculum and student matters, the admin lead is also expected to be involved in events support and some general administration work.

Duties & Responsibilities

Curriculum & Student
- Handle module registration, marks and grades processing, student feedback and graduation matters, new module approval work
- Provide secretariat support for meetings
- Maintain databases and distribution list of students
- Generate student statistics and prepare write-up for annual report
- Develop, maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) on curriculum-related work

Event support
- Event lead (admin) for selected events and provide admin and logístical support for other Centre’s events e.g. annual symposium

Secondary duties
- Handle some general office administration including, but not limited to, maintenance of office space, conduct of asset verification, performing goods receipt, etc
- Perform any other duties as assignedQualifications
- A degree from a recognised educational institution
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience
- Have a keen interest in community-based issues, handling curriculum matters and educational programmes as well as working with students
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Meticulous, organised, proactive and a growth mindset
- Possess effective oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of web content management systems e.g. WordPress will be advantageous
