With a deep commitment to innovation and founder partnership, we invest in early to growth-stage companies reshaping industries and we’re now looking to expand with a driven **Senior Investment Associate**who shares our passion for spotting potential and building the future.
As a **Senior Investment Associate**, you will play a key role in the full investment lifecycle—from sourcing and diligence to portfolio management and strategic support. You'll work closely with Partners and founders, helping to identify emerging trends and evaluate companies that could become the next category leaders in tech.
**Responsibilities**:
- Source and evaluate early-stage and growth-stage technology startups
- Conduct thorough market, competitive, and financial due diligence
- Build and present investment theses to the internal Investment Committee
- Support negotiation and execution of investment transactions
- Assist portfolio companies with strategic advice, follow-on financing, and growth initiatives
- Track industry trends and maintain strong networks within the tech and startup ecosystem
**What We’re Looking For**:
- At least 4 years of experience in venture capital, growth equity
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and research skills
- Deep interest in technology trends and early-stage innovation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Experience working directly with startups or founders is a plus
