Part-time HR Administrator

Conduct new employee orientations and manage the onboarding process.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary payment (if required)
- Handle the full HR administration work including training administration
- Handle offboarding process
- Handle employee grievance issues and administrate the entire grievance process
- Support in employee engagement event & project
Requirement:
- Must have a certification in HRM and at least 2 years of HR
- Good in communication skill
- Must know MS office
- Must know employment law, TAFEP and CPF regulation
- Must be able to attend meeting (on zoom) at least once a month.
- Able to work remotely with a minimum commitment of 2.5 hours per week (up to a maximum of 8 hours per week)
Salary from $15 to $18 per hour
This is a part time role and it is a work from home position.
