My client, a corporate banking client is looking to grow their IT team. You'll play a pivotal role in developing and executing IT plans for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) domain. Reporting to a Senior Team Lead.

Role
- Formulate plans for the AML domain in collaboration with senior management
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Transformation teams to identify and address business needs and pain points
- Lead business analysts in co-creating business requirements to define the scope of projects
- Collaborate with Engineering and Architecture teams to outline IT solutions
- Develop project plans, including identifying resource requirements, establishing project schedules, and estimating budgets
- Support Product Owners or Project Sponsors in formalizing and presenting Project Charters to senior management for approval
- Lead project managers in the end-to-end execution of projects, from initiation to closure
- Mentor and coach project managers and business analysts within the team

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance & Banking, or commerce
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in the banking/FI environment, with 8 years' experience in Investment or Corporate Banking Domains and regional (Asia Pacific) experience preferred
- **Solid understanding of AML and KYC products and operations**:

- Familiarity with Asia Pacific banking regulations and rules
- Proven technical knowledge and experience in banking business process re-engineering and solution design
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, design patterns, and best practices in business-technology solutioning
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management, including interactions with C or C-1 suites
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship-building skills, and the ability to achieve results with stakeholders in a collaborative manner
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage external partners and vendors
- Ability to lead cross-workstream(s) and offshore vendor delivery team(s) Professional certification in ITIL/ITSM or PMP is a plus
