**Job Title: Information Technology Director
**Location: Jurong East, Singapore**

We are seeking a visionary and experienced IT Director to provide strategic Information Technology (IT) leadership, identifying and addressing all IT needs of the company. The IT Director has to establish all IT requirements for company and in implementing IT systems, ensuring the integrity of business operations, and developing innovative solutions for secure, seamless operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
- Build and configure servers to meet organisational needs.
- Monitor and manage network performance and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues.
- Perform regular maintenance and updates on IT systems.
- Ensure data security, identifies cybersecurity risk and recommends appropriate measures/protocols, and system backups.
- Maintain and update Office Hardware inventory
- Arrange or conduct IT training for new users or technologies
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required
- Maintain/create user documentation and training materials
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security, compliance, and efficient operations.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and efficient use of resources.
- Provide day to day IT support to end-users within the company.
- Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, IT infrastructure, server management, networking, IT maintenance, IT security matters including security infrastructure design, operations, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of server configuration, network protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Knowledge in networking TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP troubleshooting.
- Relevant certifications such CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) will have an added advantage.
- Proficient in managing both Windows and Mac devices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
