The NUS IT Governance and Strategic Planning (GSP) team shapes the University's technological future by developing strategic IT policies, ensuring secure and compliant operations, and driving impactful IT projects. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to GSP's mission, supporting the realisation of NUS IT's vision of a "Borderless University powered by Infinite Technology". Duties and ResposibilitiesPolicies (Primary): - Conduct regular policy reviews and updates to reflect evolving requirements and best practices. Audit Management (Secondary): - Coordinate and track IT audits. - Work with stakeholders to develop comprehensive audit responses and manage communication. - Provide advice on audit recommendations and corrective actions. Other responsibilities could include tech risk management and development of new frameworks.**Qualifications** - Degree in Business, Information Technology or equivalent. - Minimally 15 years of working experience, of which 10 years in managing IT Governance operations. - Strong foundation in IT Policies and Audit Management. - Ability to effectively align IT initiatives with the organisation's overall business goals - Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Able to establish and maintain constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. - Excellent team player, meticulous and resilient. - Able to work independently and manage work well to meet deadlines. - Strong communication skills with an excellent command of English, both written and verbal. - Certifications in IT governance frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ITIL) are desirable. **More Information** Location: Kent Ridge Campus Organization: NUS Information Technology Department : CITO's Office - IT Governance & Strategic Planning Employee Referral Eligible: Yes Job requisition ID : 28531
