Responsibilities include vendor management, membership management, HR, admin, accounting, and finance functions. The candidate will also lead major industry initiatives in collaboration with the team. Key Duties & Responsibilities Change Management: Review and improve internal processes to adapt to organizational expansion, covering operational, finance, administrative, and HR aspects. Technology Transformation: Automate manual processes in HR, finance, and operations. Strengthen Internal Controls: Implement controls, enhance IT security, and improve operational guidelines. Lead Events Coordination: Plan and execute major events like the IMAS Annual Conference & Digital Summit, managing event planners and coordinating with speakers and sponsors. Office Administration: Manage landlord relations, lease renewals, and vendor partnerships. Finance & Budget: Collaborate with the CEO and Treasurer on budgeting, cash management, and financial reporting. Human Resources: Oversee recruitment, review HR processes, and implement improvements. Member & Sponsor Management: Operationalize membership and sponsorship strategies. Education: Manage the operations and finance of IMAS's education portal, iLearn, and support its growth. IMAS Committees: Liaise with committees to ensure regular meetings. Job Qualifications & Prerequisites Minimum of 10 years of operations experience with solid knowledge of finance and accounting. Motivated, mature, and adaptable individual capable of reimagining the future of work in asset management. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
