**Mechanical Associate Director - REF:SG2021MECHAD-1011**
Due to our continued growth into the Data Centre sector, we are looking to recruit a **Mechanical Associate Director, **with Data Centre experience, to lead our multi-disciplined teams on technically challenging projects.
As a fast-paced, growing business; this role will be responsible for managing projects to deliver an excellent service to clients and assist in the ongoing development and growth of the business as a whole, whilst providing sound technical, design and contract management support.
Reporting to the Director / Technical Director in Singapore; we’re looking for an experienced leader to share overall management and accountability of the wider team.
**Skill Requirements**
- Desirable experience includes managing large scale Data Centre projects.
- Have experience and proven ability to lead and manage an engineering team with teams based across multiple locations around the globe.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) and demonstrated ability to manage professional relationships across a variety of stakeholder groups.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks while sticking to deadlines
- Acting as the lead engineer and liaising with the client and external design team as necessary for the successful delivery of projects
- Compiling specifications, drawings and relevant contract documents and maintaining the required technical quality of work, ensuring that designs comply with the relevant Codes, Standards, Regulations and Procedures
- The development and implementation of plans for the longer-term benefit to the office
