**The Role **- Associate / Director

We are currently recruiting 2 to 3 Associates / Directors to join our SIGNIUM ASEAN team based in Singapore.

SIGNIUM is a market leader in the FMCG/Consumer, Financial Services, Industrial & Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical/Medical Device and Internet, Communication &Technology sectors. The Associate / Director will have the opportunity to join this world class team.

**Key Accountabilities**
Specific responsibilities for this role include:
**Client Engagement and Business Development**:
The Associate / Director shall supervise and work closely with the assigned researcher on the respective projects spanning end to end execution of each respective project.

The varied nature of each project requires the Associate / Director and the Research Associate to hone their ability to think critically and uniquely about each role to identify the most relevant talents executives for each project.

**Market Intelligence and Intra-Offices Relationship**:
Working closely with other members of the SIGNIUM team across the globe, the Executive Search Consultant will work on special projects aimed to provide pointed market insight (i.e. compensation, organizational structure) for business development and project execution purposes.

In addition, the Executive Consultant will participate in all global monthly Practice Group call to share and gather market intelligences and insights of the respective Practice Group that the Executive Search Consultant is specialised in.

**Data Maintenance**:
Good data is non-negotiable in our business. The Executive Search Consultant, Research Associate and any member of Signium worldwide will continuously update our proprietary database with relevant details and information. The continuous update of this system allows SIGNIUM to stay abreast of executive moves and marketplaces changes and trends.

**CHARACTERISTICS AND ATTRIBUTES**

The ideal Associate / Director is a highly motivated and intellectually curious individual aspiring to build a successful career in Executive Search. An outside-of-the-box thinker and self-starter who is able to maintain meticulous attention to detail while understanding macro-level industry concepts and trends. This individual will possess the ability to work in a fast-paced and unstructured environment, balance multiple projects and produce best in class practices in a timely manner.

**Skills & Experience**
- 3 to 5 years of experience in middle and senior level executive search business with some level of specialisation in the respective industry sectors. In-house Talent Acquisition specialist will also be eligible to apply.
- Those without executive search experiences but possess a proven and successful strong origination or business development experiences within the Professional Services sectors can also be considered.
- Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal coordination attributes and possess strong oral and business writing skills
- Strong customer facing and telephone presence with confidence
- Must be computer literate and knowledgeable of resources available on the Internet
- Must be comfortable operating in a highly professional environment
- Flexibility and team player.
- Energetic and motivated to succeed
