Mandarin Oriental, Singapore is a sanctuary of luxury and sophistication overlooking the iconic Marina Bay. Based at the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, you are responsible for assessing and recommending IT&T products and solutions while overseeing the department’s budget and expenditure. The Director of IT& T reports to the Hotel Manager.

**As a**Director of Information Technology & Telecommunication, you will be responsible for the following duties**:

- Plan IT&T roadmap for the hotel focusing on technology refresh progressively in alignment to corporate strategies.
- Evaluate, recommend and implement IT&T related projects for the Hotel.
- Ensure procedures and reporting comply with MOHG Information Security policies, Payment Card Industry’s Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and local regulations.
- Develop, establish, implement and maintain operating policies, standards, disaster recovery procedures, business continuity plans and policies & Procedures.
- Adherence to Corporate IT policies and procedures, ensuring that these are reviewed and kept up-to-date.
- Establish and administer Hotels’ IT Budget, capital plans, expenses and requisition.
- Lead the overall IT&T Department and provide technical support to all business units. Oversee all guest-facing technologies ensuring reliable product performance and deliver efficient support for the hotel operations.
- Comply with internal and external audit requirements. Assist sister properties if required.
- Drive innovation relating to every aspect of the latest technology delivery. Find the correct mix between business strategy and technology adoption.

**As**Director of Information Technology & Telecommunication, we expect from you**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 10-15 years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role, ideally within the hospitality industry.
