Key Responsibilities:
Technology Leadership: Lead the evaluation and architectural design of cutting-edge technology stacks that align with our strategic goals in the TMT sector. Ensure these solutions enhance our competitive edge and operational efficiency.

Strategic Oversight: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of technology strategies, maintaining a balance between innovation, technical viability, and business objectives.

Execution Excellence: Oversee the implementation of technology projects from conception through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing technology team, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, communicate progress, and align technology initiatives with business goals.

**Requirements**:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in the technology domain, with a significant focus on the TMT sector.

Proven track record of leading the development and implementation of advanced technology solutions.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical challenges into business opportunities.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a history of mentoring and developing technology professionals.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with senior executives, team members, and external partners.

Willingness to travel within the APAC region as required.
