**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Job Scopes**
- Generate leads and follow-up for closure
- On site appointment with customer
- Follow-up on closure
- Drafting of contract agreement
- Finalizing the details with customer and proceed to inform relevant department on the start date
- Manage company’s social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, Website and additional channels that may deemed relevant.
- Deliver results using various marketing channels via Display Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ad Words, PPC and SEO/SEM.
- Guide concept and design of visual collateral, e.g. EDMs, Facebook ads, display ads, websites, videos.
- Organised and plan photoshoots for new product/service releases or ad campaigns.
- Attend to customer’s enquiries on social media platform and maintain exposure for the company.
- Monitor competitors’ activities and perform market research.
- Ad hoc duties assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Proactive in generating sales and revenue for company
- Able to work independently and together as a team
- Respond to customer enquiry and manage situations
- Drafting and sending contract to customer for signature
- Creative eye for design
- Meticulous & Independent problem-solving skills
- Highly committed and have a proactive, ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required language(s): Fluent in speaking and writing in English and Chinese (Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese to attend to English and Chinese customer’s enquiries on social media platform and maintain exposure for the company.)
- Knowledge in Google ads words and content writing, Wordpress web development and content management, Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Video Editing.
