**JOB SUMMARY**:
As a Business Development & Marketing Executive for our freight forwarding company, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our services, enhance brand visibility, and drive business growth. Your role will involve collaborating closely with internal teams to understand service offerings, target markets, and competitive landscapes, and then utilizing various marketing channels to effectively reach and engage potential clients. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and industry knowledge to craft compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives that resonate with our target audience.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract potential clients and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with management to develop targeted marketing materials and campaigns to support lead
- Securing meetings with clients to explain our services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
- Gather feedback from clients to inform marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
- Analyze market data and insights to inform marketing strategies and campaign development
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives, target markets, and budget constraints.
- Identify key marketing channels and tactics to maximize reach and impact.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 'O' level or Diploma preferred
- Proven experience in marketing roles within the freight forwarding, logistics, or related industries.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally for English
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Words & Excel)
- Fast learner with positive attitude
- Able to work under pressure but with mínimal supervision
- A good team player and able to work independently
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Meet all clients' requirements and exceed expectations, upholding our strong reputation
- Ensure compliance with Company's corporate protocol
