  • Laise with customers, users and related stakeholders to understand their business needs.
  • Analyze business requirements and define system functions.
  • Create user story and describe the input, output and corresponding business processes.
  • Write down business scenarios, construct workflow diagrams, and prepare UI protypes.
  • Work with UI/UX designers to improve user experience of UI design.
  • Work with development team to ensure the team understands user stories clearly.
  • Work with testers to ensure all business scenarios are tested.
  • Standardized system configurations and prepare user guide and system configuration guide.
  • Presenting system functions to customers, users and related stakeholders.
  • Analyze the feedback from users or customers and prepare system improvements.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Help with technical documentation.

Job Requirements:

  • A degree in computer science with 3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Knowledge of SQL queries, cloud computing, SaaS, web applications, and system integration.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Solid organizational skills include attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Able to work both independently and in a team.
  • Domain knowledge of e-commerce and supply chain is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in software development
