**Key Responsibilities**
- Training Administration from

Training Needs Analysis (TNA) admin

Consolidation of yearly training plan

Schedule and register training courses and keep employees informed of their training

Verify training invoices

Follow-up on training admin progress

Update training records

Perform training reports

Source for ad-hoc training courses requested by the business unit head
- Keep Track of and ensure renewal of motor and non-motor insurance
- Keep track of the progress of all incidents relating to the motor and non-motor insurance claims until the incident is closed
- Liaise with the insurance broker on premium payment and insurance renewal
- Monthly reported on insurance policy renewal/cancellation
