Working From the Singapore Innovation Hub - Identify and deliver business development activities to ensure continuous identification and development of profitable growth opportunities within CBS (Commercial Building Service) BU globally. Accountable for identifying and developing business opportunities and partnerships in the CBS area. Establishing and guiding the Innovation Hub organization based on agreement with the BD directors HVAC and District Energy

**Your main responsibilities**
- Drive innovation topics towards agreed targets and proactively seek internal and external synergies with collaboration partners. To begin with focus is on cooling within HVAC and District Energy as well as a digital platform and digital tools for away markets
- Represent the Innovation Hub from a CBS perspective.
- Lead and identify strategic opportunities and market trends and seek to develop these into strategic business opportunities for CBS.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gain market knowledge and translate these into business opportunities.
- Scan and identify partnerships or opportunities within identified areas
- Build significant network of industry contacts for accelerating CBS innovations and business opportunities
- Creating tactical and targeted business recommendations based on thorough market and customer insights
- Develop, deliver, and implement complex customer-oriented business development projects in cooperation with relevant stakeholders (short
- or long-term and across the entire value chain)
- Ensure knowledge sharing regarding future customer needs and long-term market trends with relevant internal functions
- Continuously engage with customers, Sales Channels, and external partners through regular visits.
- Drive and participate in customer-oriented Business development pilot projects
- Accountable for representing Grundfos Innovation Hub at external events, e.g., exhibitions, customer events, workshops, and seminars.

**Your background**:
We imagine that you have:

- Master’s degree of engineering, Science or Business.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working within business development or similar function
- Proven results on successful business development
- Possesses strong knowledge of best practices in Business Development in regional market
- Proven record of cross-functional cooperation and passion for Business development in a local as well as Global environment
- Strategic mind-set - able to understand the big picture and translate into tactical initiatives and plans
- Commercial understanding and experience
- Strong sense of Customer Centricity, Accountability and Collaboration
- A Self-Driven Change Agent - proactive with ability to prioritize.
- Enthusiastic and Persistent - getting the job done - a “can-do attitude”
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible and able to adapt to Change - a fast learner.
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal)
- Good people skills and able to work with people at all levels
