**Your main responsibilities**
- Contribute to internal and external relationships in relation to the selected area and solutions.
- Scan and identify partnership opportunities and build a significant network within the selected areas.
- Contribute to regional & global knowledge networks and knowledge sharing processes.
- Represent the Grundfos Innovation Hub for internal and external visits.
- Convert customer feedback into explicit areas for improving the solution.
- Align key strategy processes within the region/area.
- Drive and participate in customer-oriented pilot projects
- Other tasks assigned by the BD Director HVAC (Heat, Ventillation, Air Con) and District Energy

**Your background**:
We imagine that you have:

- Bachelor ofr Master’s degree of Enngineering
- Experience working with processes within regional business Development, Services or Technical developments
- Possess industry experience within a business environment; experience working in a large manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Most likely to have 0 to 3 years of relevant work experience (include internship) before entering level besides formal education.
- Ability to executing complex or specialized projects and activities in Regional or Global Business development and services organizations.
- Possess knowledge of best practices in relevant systems within HVAC or District Cooling, preferably local regulations where applicable.
- Ability to link strategy to business development and technical solutions
- Customer and market oriented, ability understanding the customer and market conditions
