We are seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our friendly, inclusive and highly inspirational team. The position will report directly to the Senior Global Marketing Director based in Shanghai, China, and be part of the global marketing team in GRUNDFOS.

Your responsibility as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is to plan and execute digital activities in Emerging market (China, APAC, IMEA), generating customer engagement and digital leads. Driving global digital initiatives across regions. In close dialogue with your reporting line manager and in line with the global strategy, you will have the opportunity to execute and support Commercial Building Services Strategy in local adaptation (APAC), set the tone and position the brand on the regional & local level, produce engaging content and write high quality communication tailored for different audiences and mediums.

**Digital competences**

We expect you to be up to date on the latest trends and best practices in online marketing - including web, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, Marketo, EDM as well as social media for Facebook/LinkedIn/Wechat and display advertising. Additionally, you have great insight into current marketing tools and can deploy digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Moreover, it is a prerequisite, that you have experience in website editing and optimization as well as working in Adobe Creative Suite.

**Business acumen**

We expect that you have at least 3 years of experience in a digital marketing or communication role - preferably from a B2B company. You are used to grasping customer needs and know-how to transform them into messages and activities that can strengthen and drive the GRUNDFOS business. As part of the Global Marketing Team, you will regularly communicate with regional marketing/sales/group COE colleagues across the world.

What we imagined that you have as a marketing professional is:

- A bachelor’s degree ideally in Marketing/Computer Science
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing techniques with a minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, including development of digital marketing platforms, planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns, customer behaviour analysis, and data management
- Ability to analyze multiple sources of information to accurately define potential problems before moving to solutions
- Experience working with Chinese digital channels (Baidu, WeChat, etc.) is preferred
- Passion for social media and media intelligence, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to quickly grasp technology concepts
- Strategic mindset - understand the big picture and translate into tactical initiatives
- Strong understanding of the marketing mix model (4Ps)
- Customer centric mindset and strong project management skills
- Strong sense of accountability and proactive approach
- Negotiating and influencing skills
- Good communication skills in Chinese and English
