Order Execution Specialist

Responsible for Grundfos Singapore Spare Part delivery and handling of customer orders with focus on delivering as requested. Support to Global Service Order Execution Manager with delivery information and quotations to meet customer requirements

**Your main responsibilities**
- Manage Spare Parts distribution deliveries to customers in APAC.
- Support day to day contact with 3PLs (3rd Party Logistics) and forwarders
- Implement strategic initiatives as part of Global Spare part Operations team
- Buy to Order (BTO) Purchasing and customer stock coordination
- Follow-up with suppliers/inbound shipments
- Handle customer return stocks (RMA Return material Authorization)
- Delivery performance - confirmed date and to customer requested date
- Fast response time on request from sales - preferably by use of CIC (Customer Interaction Center) tool
- Few and fast handling of customer complaints
- Ad hoc projects

**Your background**:
We imagine that you have:

- You have an understanding of the end-to-end supply chain
- You speak and write English fluently
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain/Logistics or commercial management
- Experience of working with ERP systems (SAP)
- Previous experience of Customer Service and/or working experiences for/with a 3PL would be key considerations
- Knowledge of the Courier Express and LTL (Less Than TruckLoad) transportation business would be useful
