**A JOB THAT MATTER: YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing the schedules and resources of our deployment team. Dynamic work environment requires a good coordinator and administrive skills to enchance operaitonal efficiency. This will directly contribute to the success of our service delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide shared support to Sales & Operations team
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing of quotations, invoices, pick list, reports, and other documentations.
- Effectively schedule on customer work orders until closure for Service engineers, ensuring smooth field support operations, to meet delivery KPI.
- Monitor and follow up customer payments, including outstanding collection, if any.

**EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: YOUR SKILLS & QULIFICATION**
- Ability to excel in a dynamic setting with organizational and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills to enable interaction with internal and external customers effectively.

**Qualification**:

- NITEC/Diploma in business adminstration or equivalent
- Previous experience in an admin or coordination role is a plus.
