**Roles & Responsibilities**
Preparing of financial data for entry into accounting system
Responsible for closing reports (monthly, quarterly, and yearly)
- Analyse financial data for management review and internal control purpose.
- Ensure day-to-day transactional accounting, cashflow management and financial reporting are executed in a timely and accurate manner
- Support the operationals day-to-day activities such as
- Coordination and booking of meeting rooms. - Compile data, Book keeping
- Maintain and update central filing systems, archive documents and handle document storage for Operationals, Finance and HR department.
- Assist in month end closing, such as sales, order bank, GST quarterly reporting and expenses analysis
- Carry any other ac-hoc admin duties and operational support as and when required or assigned by Manager / supervisor.
- Collection and checking invoices and supporting doucuments.
- Managing all project related documentations. Able to perform administrative duties (for e.g. filing, creating, duplicating, etc). Collating and maintaining the database
**ZOHO accounting software knowledge is a plus
**Construction company working exp is an added advantage.
