We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Manager with expertise in HubSpot onboarding, implementation consulting, and project management. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of HubSpot projects from start to finish, working closely with clients to ensure their requirements are met and that all projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience as they get started with HubSpot.
- Provide expert consulting for HubSpot platform implementations, tailoring solutions to meet client business needs. This includes guiding clients through the setup of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub and other HubSpot features.
- Work with clients to understand their goals, challenges, and requirements for the HubSpot platform. Document and translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the internal team.
- Oversee the entire HubSpot implementation process, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables. Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed and ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure that all HubSpot implementations meet client expectations, are fully optimized, and are delivered according to best practices.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-implementation, addressing any issues and providing guidance on how to fully leverage HubSpot features.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Media, IT, or related field.
- The role requires occasional travel to client offices as needed.
- Strong interest and aptitude for producing creative, marketing, and technology solutions.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a producer/project manager role within a creative agency or production environment.
- Experience in Integrated marketing is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to execute campaigns across multiple platforms effectively.
- Proven track record in client-facing roles with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional project management abilities in a leadership capacity.
- Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Experience in collaborating with clients to develop and negotiate project scopes and budgets.
- Ability to effectively manage teams and projects under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: Up to $5,000.00 per month
