**Basic Function**:
Handles telephone enquiries. Typing and filing of documents. Taking down of all reservations for banquet. Work closely in liaison with Sales Department and Banquet Department.
- Typing and sending out quotations for the Banquet Sales Manager.
- Typing daily event/ weekly list.
- Filing quotations, correspondences, memos, reports etc.
- Sending telex and faxes.
- Answering telephone enquiries and taking down messages.
- Liaise closely with the Catering Sales Manager and Food and Beverage Director.
- Requisition of stationery.
- Keep a record of all banquet transaction/ correspondences.
- Upkeep the maintenance/ cleanliness of personal computer/ word processor and office fixtures.
- Maintain an updated record of all banquet reservations/ bookings.
- Update/ check all banquet reservations/ bookings that are tentatively booked and follow-up with the person’s concerned.
- Typing of Banquet weekly/ monthly forecast.
- To assist in conducting site inspections in the absence of the Catering Sales Managers.
- Perform any related tasks or duties as and when assigned by the Banquet Sales Manager and Food and Beverage Director.
- Report any complaints, problems and deviations to the Catering Sales Managers immediately.
- To take on any other tasks or projects that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
- Be fully familiar with all emergency procedures, policies and standard operating procedures established by the hotel.

**JOB SPECIFICATIONS**
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Good inter-personal relationships and hardworking.
