**THE CHALLENGE**

The Head of Key Account Management will be responsible for monitoring and improving the satisfaction of our key accounts. You will be mainly responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts. You will also supervise and support key accounts managers to increase sales and profitability. You will serve as a contact for assigned clients and liaison/communication channel between internal departments to ensure delivery of optimal service, client satisfaction, and retention. You should be able to facilitate communication with customers and build long-term relationships to achieve business goals.

**THE ROLE**
- Set and monitor sales targets for regional key account managers
- Network with key customers to identify and address specific needs
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure long-term success
- Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met
- Identify and attract prospective strategic customers
- Ensure brand consistency
- Negotiate contracts
- Collect and analyse sales data and trends
- Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards
- Liaise with Sales and Marketing departments to set and implement strategies for new products
- Stay up to date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales
- Update and maintain accurate customer records.

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- Preferably a degree in logistics/supply chain or other disciplines.
- Strong executive presence: ability to build relationships at different levels of customer organizations
- Demonstrated conflict resolution skills
- Ability to be diplomatic in all situations
- Strategic perspective - demonstrated ability to orchestrate deals and long-term plans that align with a beneficial client strategy
- Motivated, self-starter
