Support sales activities (Spare part, Service, Retrofit) for all technologies in KraussMaffei
- Process customer’s enquiry, quotation and delivery on timely manner to achieve KPIs target with continuous improvement
- Keep tracking delivery status with manufacturing plants & suppliers for accurate delivery forecast
- Keep customer informed on order status and ensure On Time Delivery.
- Inventory management - maintain right level of inventory with correct information
- Coordinate activities of Field Service Engineer (schedule, travelling, etc.)
- Ensure all transactions on pricing and costing is recorded correctly and up to date
- Support Internal team to gain high customer’s satisfaction
- Provide weekly/monthly report and other reports upon request
- Other assignments by superior

**Requirement & Qualifications**:

- Diploma in any related fields
- Min. 3 years working experiences in order management of part and service or relevant functions
- Experience in logistics in multinational company in a plus
- Able to handle a new start-up environment

Able to understand and make improvement on process
- Able to handle high workload with Service mindset
- Well-organized, proactive, initiative and a good team player
- Proficiency in MS office and other tools
- Comfortable with working from home set-up for the initial start
