WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Processing incoming materials, spare and wear parts, prototype & machine license orders from both our internal/external customers using the main ERP System: SAP GUI 770. Various platform will be introduced for licensing related requests.
- Processing incoming Service Orders by creating Stock-Transport-Orders & follow-up the status flow from end-to-end.
- Formal examine of the orders, contracts, payment terms, general term and conditions & issuance of invoice and any related sales document according to company's business process.
- Adequate understanding in Incoterms 2020-ICCWBO
- Ensuring an efficient and process-oriented order process with punctual delivery.
- Active coordination on all interfaces (eg. order preparation, disposition, dispatch, returns, import/export control, custom enquiries, service etc.) with APAC regional teams, distributors and customers.
- Manage import matters for local customer & EOS Technical Center. Preferably with knowledge of Harmonized System (HS) Code.
- Support Freight Cost quotation for Dangerous Goods Materials or costs unable to populate by Regional Sales Admin.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering and Business Administration. Experienced professional with relevant years experience may be considered.
- Meticulous and well-organized with continuous improvement focus
- Good command of English with the ability to work independently
- Team player with good communication skills, internally and externally
- High degree of cultural awareness
