**Main Responsibilities & Tasks**:

- Handles purchasing activities (example, issue and monitor purchase order, data maintenance, stock receiving etc) to meet customer’s expectations.
- Ability to follow up and follow through on delivery commits with manufacturing plants.
- Provide support for process integration of new acquisitions and ensure least disruption.
- To raise claim in portal for goods receipt that are considered quality non conformance (eg, Short shipment, transport damage etc) and work closely with respective departments like Quality and Freight & Distribution team to closure.
- Periodic review with Orders team on delivery commits for all open orders.
- Work closely with Planning, Manufacturing, Distribution, Sales, Field Service, Service, Application Specialist and System Integration to ensure our customer’s needs are met and Sartorius’ business practices are followed.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to manage information and the timely resolution of issues.
- Monitor and maintain or update inventory level and ensure proper stock control.
- Undertake any relevant tasks as may be directed by the supervisor from time to time.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Minimum 3 years related experience preferably with supply chain, operations and customer service knowledge.
- A good team player who is expected to work with minimum supervision and make decision based on Sartorius policies and practices governing the order management
- Ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and meet deadlines
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Business proficiency in Vietnamese (Oral & Written) will be an advantage
- Experience in international trade/shipping is advantageous.
