**ChartWorld are looking for an experienced Order Processing Expert to join our talented team in Singapore.**

**Your tasks**
- Manage and maintain databases of vessel inventories
- Perform data quality checks for account setups, opportunities, and sales order
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Relations, and Operations
- Drive continuous process improvements using existing and new systems
- Monitor and ensure optimal stock levels at the ChartWorld Singapore office
- Develop and maintain customer support materials such as user guides and reference documentation
- Handle creation and management of shipment requests for onboarding and new edition supplies of physical publications
- Coordinate and manage delivery of onboard/new edition for physical and digital publication
- Work closely with the Data Department to ensure correct processing of the weekly catalogue and free resources
- Generate weekly reports and supply new edition updates

**What we need from you**
- Good IT skills
- Previous experience in the maritime industry is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is preferred
- Excellent English skills written and spoken.
