**Admin Generalist**:

**Direct SG is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Admin Generalist**to support daily operations. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth office administration, coordinating tasks across teams, and maintaining an organized workflow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle general administrative duties, including data entry, document management, and correspondence.
- Coordinate office operations and liaise with internal teams and external vendors.
- Manage scheduling, meeting arrangements and procurement.
- Assist in HR-related tasks such as leave tracking and onboarding.
- Support finance-related tasks such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Perform other administrative duties as required to support business operations.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
