**About the Role**

Kopifellas® started in 2017 with a vision to preserve and promote Singapore’s food heritage through our innovative concepts. We are looking for a positive and resourceful HR Generalist/ Executive to join our team. We want someone who is willing to learn, has a pleasant interpersonal skill with people, and is able to handle sensitive information. He/She will report to our director and will also be supported by our HR Admin assistant.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the director with full spectrum of HR operations across the company, i.e. Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Welfare, Performance Appraisals, Onboarding & exit clearance, etc.
- Navigate recruitment processes (posting ads, filtering, arranging interviews, hiring preparation) and liaise with Managers and/or recruitment agencies for effective recruitment
- Review and develop HR policies relating to employment and recruitment
- Act as the point of contact between all levels of employees and office vendors
- Hands on and familiar with entire payroll processing and reporting
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
- Participate in MOM surveys and etc.
- Assist director on ad hoc projects & organizing of welfare activities

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resource Management discipline, or related
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of government legislations, fair employment practices, etc.
- Proactive and meticulous
- Both an individual contributor and a team player
- Able to start immediately/on short notice
