Roles & Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Implement onboarding processes to ensure new employees integrate seamlessly into the company with Global Employee Experience Manager.

Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and solutions as needed.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees and managers.

Compensation and Benefits
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and other perks.
- Check payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payments.

Employee Engagement
- Support employee development initiatives, including training programs and performance management.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate & Plan Employee events, such as Grow Together Day, CSR and Monthly training.

Administrative Support
- Handle general administrative tasks such as document management, filing, and correspondence.
- Ensure HR-related documentation, such as employee records and contracts, is accurate and up-to-date.
- Handle Day to Day Admin Operations such as pantry supplies, meeting arrangements, office lease, office insurance and etc.
- Any other adhoc duties.
