Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate reports for decision‐making. Implement and ensure compliance with HR policies and Singapore employment laws. Support employee engagement, learning, and performance initiatives. Oversee office administration, procurement, vendors, and welfare activities Your Profile as HR & Admin Generalist: Diploma/Bachelor's in HR, Business, or related field. Minimum 3 years' HR operations or generalist experience in Singapore. Proficient in HRIS, Excel, and HR reporting tools. Strong multitasking, problem‐solving, and interpersonal skills.
